Prof. Abdul K. Faraj is an Associate Professor of Food Science Technology and  also the Chairman of Dairy and Food Science and Technology (DAFTECH) Department at Egerton University. He is a specialist in Cereal Technology, Wheat grading and Grain Storage with a PhD in Food Science and Technology from University of Alberta, Canada , a Msc in Food Science and Technology and  a Bsc Agriculture from University of Manitoba, Canada.
